The Client Company must complete an Adoption Agreement to be part of the Simple HR Master 401(k) Plan.  Without this election you may not participate.  You will need to check with your supervisor to see if this benefit is available at your location.

If the 401(k) is available as a benefit to you, the typical waiting period is 90-days however it may vary depending on the Client election.
